Josepha holds a B.S. from William Jewell College. Josepha joined Haden Interactive in 2009. In addition to her work with Haden Interactive, Josepha is a Community Wrangler for Automattic, the company that produces WordPress. She is one of the organizers of the Kansas City WordPress Meetup as well as a member of KCSEM.
